Yes. Rackets and balls can be borrowed free of charge on site, so you don't need to bring your own equipment. Sports shoes with good grip are recommended though.
No - padel is considered one of the most beginner-friendly racket sports. Most beginners can play their first rallies after a short time. Technique and tactics can be developed further over time.
